I know what you are thinking, oh no its another Monday uurrrgghj Don’t worry, I will help you out a little here so you wont have to stress yourself much especially in terms of you know what! MAKEUP!
it is the beginning of a new week, we’ve all had a wonderful weekend away from work and your boss is probably not your best friend at the moment but you cant appear at work looking it. Time to show’em that with all the stress you can still look smashing!! lets get down to business.
First thing to note is that office makeup should be moderate and classy because the lesser the makeup the lesser time you will spend getting ready and lesser chances of you being late to work. Its advisable to go for the natural look, its an office environment after all so a touch of concealer and a very light application of foundation will leave the face smooth and fresh.
Long hours of work and short hours of sleep can leave the eyes puffy and looking tired. Since we are pro-natural for the office, ensure then that the eye shadow is natural, you could go for grey or any nude colour of your choice.
Application of primer before the eye shadow can help keep it intact for as long as your work hours. Long lashes most definitely can brighten up your eyes, but in a case where you don’t have long lashes and you are not a fan of artificial lashes, application of mascara on the lashes should be your best option. Best way to apply the mascara for better result is moving from the base of the lashes upwards, after the first coating you can add a second or third coat to leave the lashes very well defined thereby brightening the eyes.
For the lips you can go for red,I love red, a deep or dark shade of red can give you a chic and classy look.
Depending on where you choose to emphasis more on, either the lips or the eyes but don’t let these important part of your face be screaming for attention because you definitely don’t want your boss having doubts about your previous employment.
Now go get that contract baby!!
